- Eating Clean – A workshop series on nurturing your body and mind with whole healthy food and good health practices
- Chair Based Yoga – gentle and relaxing, experience Hatha Yoga in a safe and friendly environment either seated or using the chair for support
- Hypnosis for Weightless and Wellbeing – Creating a new you exploring physical and emotional wellbeing through nutrition and nurturing the mind and body.
