Participants re-enrolling for a new term can pay their term fees over the phone via EFTPOS or credit card or by direct bank deposit to CNC.

Annual Membership Fee (Not Applicable in Term 4)
CNC is a community governance organisation and all users of the Centre are members of the incorporated association. A small annual membership fee ($15) is applicable for enrolments in term based courses run by the centre. This fee is valid until the 31st of December each calendar year.
Refunds & Course Withdrawals
CNC reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolments. If a course is cancelled, course fees will be refunded in full at the beginning of term or pro-rata if a mid term cancellation is necessary.
If you cannot attend your course:
- Withdrawals with at least two weeks’ notice will be refunded in full.
- Withdrawals with less than one weeks’ notice will incur a 20% administration fee.
- Refunds are not available after a class has commenced unless exceptional circumstances exist.
Access for Everyone
CNC is committed to providing equity of access to all members of our community. As far as possible course fees will be maintained at the lowest viable level, refunds will be considered taking into account the costs to the Centre and the circumstances of the refund request. Lower income participants will be accommodated where possible with special consideration.
