A fun, seated, exercise program to uplifting music which is designed to focus in the healthy longevity of the body and mind. It is fun, playful, and for people of all ages and abilities.
Using the Ageless grace program, this class is based on the science of neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain and central nervous system to change form and function.
Jane leads you through 21 simple exercise “Tools” designed to be done in a chair, developing core muscle strength and flexibility, stimulating the organs and systems of the body, and encouraging the brain to figure out how to execute movements that are done traditionally standing up.
Ageless Grace is based on PLAY, which is how we develop neural pathways when we are young.
It intentionally nourishes the mind-body connection and can foster health and well-being, reduce stress, and keep the brain agile and the body responsive. It will allow the body to function efficiently, comfortably and easily throughout the duration of life.
