A series of 3 workshops to discover simple changes that have positive impacts on whole body and mind wellbeing and explore how a nourishing whole food lifestyle can lead to positive health outcomes.  Recipes, tastings and techniques will be covered.  Handouts are included each week.

Topics will include;

  • What if ‘Clean Eating’ and why is it important;
  • Understanding food labels, flavourings etc
  • Water! – why it matters and how to drink more
  • Fats and Oils – what is a ‘good’ fat
  • Sugar, how much, how to cut down, healthy substitutes
  • Smoothies and Juices
  • Nuts, grains and seed; navigating the hows and whys;
  • Bread, wheat and gluten, taking the mystery out
  • Gut health, what is it and why does it matter
  • Fermented foods, – an introduction
  • Small steps to lifestyle changes
  • Shopping in a Clean Eating way

Recipes are included in each of the six workshops and food tastings will convince you that eating well can taste great.  participants will also learn the fundamentals of meal planning to support a healthy lifestyle.
