Want to let go of stress and bring relaxation and clarity into your daily life?
This unique class offers a combination of relaxation and stress management techniques that allow the release of physical, mental and emotional stress and develops the ability to bring relaxation and clarity into everyday life.
A guided relaxation allows the body to release, specific breathing techniques deepen the process of letting go and create a sense of well-being and a variety of other techniques provide clarity, stillness and calm.
**Please bring a small pillow/ blanket for under the knees**
