Course Brief

Improve your physical strength, flexibility and balance through the ancient movement practice to recharge your energy.

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a mind-body practice that combines breathing, meditation and slow-flowing movement to promote relaxation, healing and wellbeing. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

Tania Baxter has been teaching at community centres in Booroondara for the past two years and aligns her teaching with seasonal change and the nuances of life.
